Litter + Litter Box

All of my puppies come potty trained to a litter box. This helps them associate using the bathroom in a specific area and not where they sleep. I use a large size litter box that can be purchased HERE.

The litter that I prefer to use can be purchased HERE.

An attractant spray (like this one) helps your puppy associate where to go potty. Using this in the litter box & outdoors teaches them where you WANT them to potty.

Toys + Comfort Items

Your puppy will come home with a toy and a blanket with the siblings/mamas scent on it. I also recommend purchasing a Huggie Pup. They do wonders! Link to purchase is HERE.

Puppy Pen

I recommend a confined area for the best results using the litter box. This method also works great for when you are not home. Puppies have small bladders and therefore it takes a while for them to be able to "hold it" while you are away from home. This allows them to use the potty if they need to without making a mess. HERE is a link to one that I love to use! I also place washable puppy pads under the kennel to keep my floors clean. I purchase those HERE.

At-home Grooming

Here are some grooming supplies I recommend having at home to do daily grooming (or if you plan on doing all grooming yourself)

Slicker Brush

really any slicker brush is perfect for daily brushing and detangling

Detangler Brush

This type of brush works great for those difficult knots or tangles in their coat

Andis Ultra Edge Clippers

For those that wish to do their own grooming at home, I recommend the Andis Ultra Edge trimmer. It's great for beginners! I use a #10 blade.

Grooming Scissors

A scissor set similar to this works great for trimming eyebrows, beard, skirt, etc.

Nail Trimmers

A simple set of nail trimmers will work perfect for clipping their nails! make sure you do this often so that your pup is accustomed to it.
