Waiting List

We typically keep a waitlist at all times. Depending on the length of the waitlist, sometimes we will temporarily "close" the waitlist until we get through some of our clients. This is to ensure no one has to wait too long for their chosen puppy. A Deposit is required to be on the waitlist.

Deposits

Deposits are $300 and will go towards the final purchase price of your puppy. 

​Once the puppies are born, we will notify our waitlist friends that have placed a pre-born deposit FIRST. Puppies will be chosen on a first come first serve basis in the order that deposits were received. If the waitlist passes on a puppy, that puppy will then be offered to the public. A deposit MUST be made to reserve a puppy. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We accept deposits through Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, or MAJOR CREDIT CARDS.

Your Puppy

Once your puppy has arrived and you have paid your deposit, you will receive weekly photo updates as well as videos on our Facebook page.

Final Payments

Final payments for your chosen puppy is due upon pick-up at our location via CASH or in-advance if the puppy is being delivered via Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or MAJOR CREDIT CARDS.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable, please only place a deposit if you are certain that you will be ready for a new puppy and the long-term commitment. After the puppy has left our care, the new family has 7 days to take the puppy in to see a vet for a physical examination. If the puppy were to be found in ill health with any life-threatening disease, the cause of which we as breeders were to blame, only then can the puppy be returned for a full refund. Shipping fees, if any, would not be refunded. We also have a 3-year genetic health guarantee. For more information about our health guarantee, please inquire.

Puppy Pick-Up

Preferred:  In-person pick up at our location on the dates discussed at the time that you choose your puppy. We will pre-schedule a pickup date for when the puppies are 8 weeks old. Local families and those who wish to drive to pick up their puppy are welcome on scheduled puppy pick-up dates! If you live out of state, transportation of the puppy will be scheduled and organized for an additional fee. All cost associated with delivery will be added to the final cost of your puppy.

We will attempt to be as accommodating as possible and can keep your puppy for a period beyond the normal pick-up date if the need arises. There is a $150/week boarding fee for every week after the puppies are available to be picked up, starting on the first day. This covers the cost of food, any supplies needed, and time spent caring for your puppy. All late pick up needs must be discussed prior. ​
